About the Role We are looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to lead direct sales outreach to Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Real Estate Developers across India. You will own the entire pitch and relationship-building process with real estate developers and society committees, understand their pain points, and convert them into paying customers. Lead direct outreach and pitching to Real Estate Developers, RWA committees and society management across target residential communities in India.

Identify and build relationships with decision-makers within residential societies and real estate lobbies (Marketing and CRM teams, secretaries, treasurers, RWA committee members).

Understand society-specific requirements and pain points related to community management.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract finalization and onboarding.

Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals,



and systematic outreach.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or direct sales.

Self-motivated, disciplined approach to cold outreach and lead follow-up.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Comfort with on-ground, field-based work.

Basic proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and simple CRM workflows.

Solid relationship-building and listening skills.

Understanding of property, real estate, or residential communities is a plus.
