We’re looking for sharp, driven Business Development Executives to help us scale our client base across DTC and e-commerce brands. This is currently a hybrid role, but we’re specifically looking for talent based in Gurgaon or Delhi for client-facing needs.

Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → pitching → closing

Build and manage a strong pipeline across DTC/e-commerce

Understand client needs and position our performance marketing solutions

Track activities and outcomes in CRM

1–4 years of sales experience

~ Experience in DTC, performance marketing, or agency setups is a solid plus

~ Solid understanding of digital marketing basics

~ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

~ Existing network of DTC founders/marketers
