We are looking for a agile and results-driven Manufacturing Technology Project Manager, APAC to join our Project Management Department. The Manufacturing Technology Project Manager – APAC is responsible for leading and supporting the regional Operations strategy by driving the development, implementation,



and standardization of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes for molded elastomer parts, O-rings, multi-component products, Rubber-to-Metal (R2M), Rubber-to-Plastic (R2P), Liquid Silicone Rubber-to-Plastic (LSR2P), plastic components, and other strategic manufacturing initiatives.

This role plays a key part in advancing the Process Development Center (PDC) concept by leading process innovation, conducting applied research, optimizing manufacturing processes, and aligning technology development with the product line strategy. The position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the APAC region.
