We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Tax Consultant - Indirect Tax to strengthen our growing indirect tax practice. In this mid-level role, you will work closely with managers and CAs, driving the execution of complex GST portfolios, high-value refund claims, and compliance reviews. You will play a hands-on role in technical advisory, departmental audits,



and client management while collaborating directly with leadership on diverse corporate portfolios.

Handle complex GSTR-9/9C filings, multi-state registrations, and high-value refund claims with a high degree of accuracy.

Assist in resolving technical queries regarding GST classification, cross-border supply issues, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations.

Litigation & Audit Support: Draft responses to departmental audits, show-cause notices, and appellate proceedings under the guidance of senior team members and Partners.

Tax Due Diligence & Reviews: Support comprehensive indirect tax due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring to identify potential tax liabilities and structural risks.
