Job Title: Customer Service Representative, India

The main objective of the role as Customer Service Representative (CSR) - India is to ensure smooth sales & sales related operations for power tools business in India. Some of the key performance indicators for this role will be internal & external customer satisfaction, strict compliance to internal policies, efficiency & out logistic management, timely order & invoice generation.

Process and book customer orders in SAP & Tally.

• Release POs to overseas plants and local vendors as per approved quotations.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and overseas plants for order execution and delivery commitments.

• Monitor order backlog and follow up for timely material availability and dispatch.

• Prepare and process customer invoices in SAP & Tally.





• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and CHA for shipment movement and customs clearance.

• Prepare and maintain Order, Sales, Backlog, and Shipment MIS reports.

• Ensure proper documentation, compliance with internal controls, and support audit requirements.

Bachelor's degree

• Min 2~3 years of experience, preferably in Industrial business or manufacturing company

• Knowledge & experience to work on Tally is must & SAP software is a plus

• Preferable to have Knowledge in Freight Forwarder & Indian custom department domain.

• Experience in handling transporters & shipments

• Generating MIS from Tally & SAP

• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); database skills a plus

Versatile and able to adapt to changing situations

• Strong listening and communication English language skills (written & Oral)
