Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketer / Media Buyer who loves understanding what makes people click, engage, and buy.

This role is for someone who enjoys working beyond just campaign setup — someone who wants to understand brands, audiences, creatives,



and consumer behaviour to create campaigns that generate real results.

You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns for growing brands.

Planning and managing performance campaigns across:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads

Brand growth

Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.

Testing different:

Creatives

Working with the creative team to develop ads that don't just look positive but perform.

Preparing performance reports and sharing actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone who has a strong foundation in performance marketing and enjoys taking ownership of campaign growth.

2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
