We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer acquisition.

About the Role As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities by connecting with prospective students and customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable programs, and driving enrollments.

This role involves lead management, sales, follow-ups, customer interaction, and achieving revenue targets .

Connect with prospective students and customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.





Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant internship and training programs.

Manage and qualify assigned leads through the complete sales cycle.

Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/Google Sheets.

Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to lead-generation initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.

Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and data analysis.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

~ Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.

~0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, counselling, or customer acquisition is an advantage.

~ Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
