Candidate must have knowledge of rules of regulations of UDCPR... CIDCO ..NAINA...MSRDC.
Candidate have experience of Redevelopment projects.
Role and responsibilities -
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for buildings, renovations, and adaptive reuse.
Create technical drawings, construction documents, and presentations.
Collaborate with clients, civil engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies for approvals and construction coordination
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and solve design-related issues on the ground.
Job Type: Full time
Experience:
DESIGNING: 2 years (Required)
ARCHITECTURE: 3 years (Required)
Salary : 20000 to 25000 + Incentives
