Position - Sales Manager Location - Mumbai (On site)

Pinkvilla is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, leading sales efforts, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Pinkvilla’s market presence across the West market. This role requires a solid understanding of the media ecosystem, branded content, and advertising solutions.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

Own the overall revenue targets for the West region across media and branded content.

Develop and implement a strong sales strategy to maximize market share and achieve quarterly/annual revenue goals.

Identify growth opportunities, unlock new categories, and drive strategic partnerships.

Build, manage, and optimize a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business acquisition.

Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from ideation to pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Branded Content Sales & Campaign Solutions

Conceptualize, package, and pitch branded content offerings, including video IPs, editorial integrations,



social content, influencer-led campaigns, and custom builds.

Collaborate closely with creative, content, and production teams to design innovative, insight-driven proposals.

Align branded content solutions with client goals, ensuring strong storytelling and measurable impact.

Client Relationship Management

Build and strengthen relationships with brands, agencies, media planners, and senior decision-makers across industries.

Understand client objectives and propose tailored digital and branded content solutions.

Present sales reports, performance metrics, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.

Recommend strategic improvements based on market intelligence and internal performance data.

Work closely with editorial, branded content, creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
