About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and communication-oriented Backend Executive to support our Business Development team.
The role will primarily involve lead generation through calling, prospect follow-ups, outreach, coordination, and database management . The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable communicating with prospective clients, and capable of maintaining systematic follow-ups and accurate records.
Lead Generation & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts to generate current business leads.
Introduce Noesis Hotel Advisors and its services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Identify and qualify potential prospects based on defined business requirements.
Understand the prospect‘s requirements and assess their potential as a business opportunity.
Maintain a consistent calling schedule and work towards achieving defined lead-generation targets.
Record relevant information and outcomes from each call for further action.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp .
Coordinate with the Business Development team for further engagement with qualified leads.
Schedule calls or meetings between prospects and the Business Development team wherever required.
