We are seeking a agile and driven Head – Business Development / Client Acquisition who will take the baton and lead from the front in acquiring new clients.
Drive new client acquisition and expand ABP’s footprint in emerging industries
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans
* Represent ABP in the market with strong credibility and thought leadership
10+ years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / closely related domains
* Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
* Strong network with senior leadership (CXO/CHRO level)
* Experience working with or within an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
