We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO.
This is not a conventional administrative role. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted extension of the Founder , helping manage priorities, meetings, communication, follow-ups, travel, documentation, and key business activities.
The role requires strong ownership, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
1. &
- Manage the Founder’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.




- Schedule and prioritise internal and external meetings.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and manage changing priorities.
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules, priorities, and reminders.
- Ensure the Founder is prepared with relevant information before important meetings.

2. & -
- Maintain a centralised Founder’s Task & Follow-Up Tracker .
- Capture action points from meetings, calls, emails, discussions, and instructions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and track tasks until completion.
- Monitor deadlines, pending decisions, and overdue actions.
- Provide regular updates on important priorities and commitments.
- The expectation is not only to remind, but to take ownership of follow-ups and ensure closure.
