Medworks Medical Equipment LLC is a Dubai-based medical technology and distribution company serving the UAE market across ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, Orthopedics, and allied medtech segments. As we scale both businesses, we're looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to help us grow our distributor network, deepen KOL engagement, and build brand presence across both geographies.

This is a dual-market,



high-ownership role for someone who can move comfortably between boardroom negotiations with distributors and hospital corridors building relationships with key opinion leaders. You'll be the bridge between our principals (OEM partners), our distribution network, and the clinicians who ultimately drive adoption of our products. Frequent travel across India and the UAE is a core part of this job — you should be energized by being on the road and in front of people, not tied to a desk.
