We are looking for a confident, commercially driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
The candidate will manage the complete business-development cycle—from identifying opportunities and meeting prospective clients to preparing proposals, negotiating commercials and closing business.
Generate recent business opportunities
• Negotiate commercials and close profitable business
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and regular reports
• Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects to the operations team
• Develop repeat business from acquired clients
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, advertising, media, hospitality, MICE or related industries preferred
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and close business
• Good commercial understanding and client-handling ability
• Working knowledge of CRM and sales reporting preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Bengali will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when projects require it

• 25,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated capability, plus performance-linked incentives.
