Hiring - Project Manager- MEP

Project and Delivery Excellence:

Responsible for adhering to an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.

Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.

Manage the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities

Prepare formal documentation on project progress for the client and 2gethr.





Project Planning & Coordination- The aim is to establish a clear roadmap that outlines what needs to be done, how it will be done, who will do it, and when it will be completed

Quality Assurance- Establishing Requirements, documentation, involved in quality audits, RCA analysis.

Reporting & Documentation- Regular reporting and documentation of projects.

Build predictability, speed, and precision into every stage of project execution.

Planning, Scheduling & Operational Excellence:

Prepare project schedules ensuring logical sequencing, accurate dependencies and realistic timelines.

Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Zoho projects & Sprints) for schedule creation, tracking, and reporting.

Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.

Continuously refine planning and monitoring frameworks to ensure a proactive, data-driven, and execution-focused rhythm.
