Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Chennai. The Customer Support Executive will respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, providing clear information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns and manage customer complaints and escalations while maintaining a polite, helpful and solution-oriented tone.
The role involves resolving issues promptly, tracking cases, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in support tools, coordinating with warehouse and operations teams for order-related queries,



and escalating technical or complex issues when needed. The Customer Support Executive will also collect customer feedback, identify recurring concerns, and share insights with the team to improve services and customer experience.

Qualifications
1+ years experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail or a similar role.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
