Role Description The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. This role will be responsible for preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.



The Senior Accounts Manager will collaborate closely with management and HR teams to support payroll-related accounting, financial planning, and audit processes, while implementing controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring regular coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners such as auditors and vendors.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and audit procedures relevant to Indian accounting standards and regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems; ability to work with spreadsheets and financial tools.
