We're Hiring for Healthcare Advisor, who would be handling patient complaints regarding policy queries, claim queries and reimbursement queries. If you're a fresher we'd love to talk to you.

Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for US healthcare clients.

Assist members with insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing-related queries.

Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Document customer interactions in the system.

Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).

Excellent English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.





Willingness to work in US rotational night shifts.

Customer service experience in BPO is preferred; freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.

Work Schedule:

Shift: US Rotational Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Salary & Benefits

CTC: 25,000/-

Performance-Based Incentives - 3500 to 5000/-

Night Shift Allowance: Paid per night - 150/-
