Experience: 6–15 years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can drive growth in the automobile and manufacturing sectors, with a robust focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

This is not just a sales role — this is an opportunity to build and scale business in international markets, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.





Business Development & Sales Execution

Identify and develop current business opportunities in automotive and manufacturing sectors

Generate leads through networking, industry platforms, and market research

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → RFQ → quotation → negotiation → closure

Ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship building for long-term partnerships

Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities

Technical & Commercial Coordination

Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams

Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales tracking, and KRA documentation

Monitor performance metrics and report progress to management

We are looking for professionals who bring a strong mix of technical understanding and commercial acumen.
