Experience:
Prior experience in International BPO/Calling is a must.
Minimum 1 year of experience handling US or UK customers.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Comfortable working primarily night/semi-night shifts.
Ability to handle extended shifts and pressure during peak seasons.
Willingness to support on weekends/public holidays if business needs arise.
✨ Prior knowledge or experience in the US Healthcare domain .
Experience as an A.R (Accounts Receivable) Caller .
