This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and creating a scalable sales engine for one of our fastest-growing business verticals.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of consumer sales, experience leading large sales teams, and a proven track record of consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets.

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Identify new growth opportunities across markets and customer segments.

Drive business planning, forecasting and sales performance reviews.

Sales Team Leadership





Build, mentor and lead high-performing inside sales teams.

Define sales goals, KPIs and productivity metrics.

Coach frontline managers to improve conversions and sales effectiveness.

Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.

Revenue & Performance Management

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.

Analyse funnel metrics including lead-to-enrolment conversion, productivity, revenue per counsellor and sales cycle.

Implement corrective actions to improve sales efficiency and profitability.

Customer Experience

Ensure a seamless and consultative sales experience for parents and students.

Improve conversion rates through better customer engagement and sales processes.

Collaborate with Product, Academic and Operations teams to improve customer experience and offerings.

Provide market intelligence and customer insights to influence business strategy.
