Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area / Territory Manager to lead and manage field sales operations for Pune.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Insurance Sales, Field Sales, Team Management, Target Achievement, and Customer Relationship Management. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Pune market and be proficient in Marathi.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.

Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve business performance.

Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance review sessions for team members.





Monitor individual and team-level sales performance and take corrective actions where required.

Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective execution of business plans.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between the field sales team and management.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.

Minimum 2 years of experience in leading/managing field sales teams.

Graduate in any discipline.

Mandatory proficiency in Marathi – spoken and written.

Strong understanding of the Pune/local Maharashtra market.
