DevsLane is looking for a Social Media Manager who will build DevsLane’s social presence from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for making our work visible, showcasing what we build, how we work with global startups, and what makes our team and culture stand out. You’ll define our social voice, create high-quality content across platforms, and build a solid, credible presence that attracts talent, clients, and industry attention.

You’ll work from our Dehradun office, closely with the founders and core team. You’ll have access to real product stories, engineering insights, and client impact and your role will be to turn all of that into content that people actually want to follow, engage with, and trust

What You'll Do Content Creation & Publishing (50% of time)

Create platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube





Design visual content using tools like Canva (carousels, infographics, quote cards)

Create shortform video content (Reels, Shorts) from available footage and photos

Showcase product work, engineering insights, team culture, hiring, and company updates

Community Building & Engagement (25% of time)

~Engage proactively with relevant accounts (creators, founders, and potential partners)

~Create content that encourages interaction (polls, questions, discussions, AMAs)

~Develop and maintain social media content calendar

~Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, clickthrough)

~Analyze what's working and iterate based on data

~Report social media performance to leadership regularly

Support hiring and brand-building initiatives through social media

~Help with recruitment marketing (job posts, employer brand content)

Regular posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X with pla
