- Demonstrable closing ability, not just relationship building
- OTA and travel booking platforms
- Co-living, rental, or property inside sales
- Travel agency or visa booking desks

Hindi or Telugu, for guests travelling from other states
- Direct working relationship with the founder and real influence over how the sales process runs
