International Business Development Executive – Sales Location: Kolkata (In office) Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview Opvia is hiring an International Business Development Executive with practical experience in B2B outbound sales and international client acquisition. The candidate must be comfortable sourcing prospects, running outreach campaigns and booking meetings with decision-makers in the UK, US, Europe and other international markets.

Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify founders, CEOs, HR heads, operations leaders and hiring managers in target companies.

Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn and calls to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Use tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Make or n8n to manage and improve outbound campaigns.

Personalise outreach messages using prospect research and company-specific information.





Follow up consistently with leads and convert responses into discovery calls.

Qualify prospects based on their hiring requirements, budgets, decision-making process and fit for Opvia’s offshore staffing services.

Maintain accurate CRM data, outreach activity, follow-up schedules, meeting outcomes and pipeline reports.

Track key metrics including leads sourced, outreach volume, reply rate, meetings booked and conversions.

Coordinate with Opvia’s leadership team for discovery calls, proposals and client onboarding.

2–5 years of experience in international B2B business development, outbound sales or lead generation.
