The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales, specifically in neurosurgery and general surgery hemostatic consumables, and possess robust relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and surgical centers. Location: India (Remote with Travel)

Requirements:

~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA a plus).

~5+ years of medical device sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on hemostatic consumables in neurosurgery and/or general surgery.

~ Proven success in local markets; existing customer network preferred.

~ Ability to communicate in location language and English. Fluency in the primary working language(s) of the local market for business negotiations and presentations is expected.

~ Strong negotiation, presentation,and relationship-building skills

~ Willingness to travel

~50% within the region.
