Role- Facility Manager

A Facility Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the workspace. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, maintaining infrastructure, ensuring compliance,



and delivering a seamless experience for members and employees.

The primary goal of the Facility Manager is to create a well-managed, protected, and high-performing environment that supports productivity, wellbeing, and operational excellence across the workspace.

Facility Operations & Maintenance

Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring all infrastructure, utilities, and services function seamlessly.

Manage preventive and reactive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and general infrastructure.

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all common areas, workspaces, and amenities.

Coordinate waste management, recycling programs, and inventory of cleaning supplies to support operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations through routine audi
