Position Title : Senior Fundraising Manager Full Time Job: 8 hours a day with flexibility to be available for meetings between 7 PM to 10 PM IST, included in the 40 hour work week and some weekend hours maybe be needed for events

Mode : Hybrid (2 days a week in Nungambakkam office - other days can be remote)

Work Experience: 4-8 years experience in Fundraising and CSR Management

65,000 per month (Indian Rupees) (Based on experience)

Raise funds through CSR programs, Foundations, HNIs, and Individual donors

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners, as per SSF mission / scholarship policy. Conduct outreach, networking, referrals, and fundraising meetings. (Coordinate with scholarship team on relevant programs to be proposed / discussed)

Convert prospects into long-term funding partners. (preference for long term focus on having gold rated CSR patterns who focus on impact program rather than annual CSR budget)
