V M Bakery Products Pvt Ltd is one of Andhra Pradesh's leading industrial packaged bakery manufacturers, operating under the Just Breads brand from our facility in Vijayawada's Industrial Estate. With a 15 MT/day production capacity, we supply institutional clients, up-to-date trade retailers, and Q-commerce platforms across the state. We are now building a full-scale General Trade distribution network and are looking for a driven sales leader to build this vertical ground up.

You will be the first General Trade Sales Manager at Just Breads — responsible for architecting and executing our GT distribution strategy across Andhra Pradesh with a specific mandate for deep rural penetration. You report directly to the Managing Director and carry full channel P&L; accountability.

Distribution Network Build-Out





• Execute a hybrid GTM model — company-owned beat routes in key urban centres, distributor-led last-mile in semi-urban and rural markets

• Build retail coverage to 10,000+ outlets in Year 1 — kirana stores, bakeries, tea stalls, and local grocery chains

• Design beat plans, route maps, and van sales schedules for granular rural market penetration

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets for the GT channel

• Ensure product freshness compliance — shelf rotation, returns management, and wastage control within norms for short shelf life bakery products

• Execute trade promotions, visibility drives, and outlet-level activations

Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a field sales team — Area Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, and Van Sales Agents
