About Suyog Rubber Suyog Rubber India Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturer of rubber moulded components, rubber-to-metal bonded products and elastomeric products serving automotive, railways, industrial and other engineering applications.

As we expand our customer base in India and overseas, we are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can take ownership of new business development and build a strong, measurable business pipeline.

Role: Business Development Head / Manager

The person will be responsible for developing new customers, generating new business opportunities and converting them into sustainable revenue.

The role will focus on the complete business development funnel:

Identify and develop current business opportunities in automotive, industrial and other non-automotive sectors

Develop new OEM and Tier-1 customer relationships in India and overseas

Generate and manage a strong pipeline of RFQs and new projects

Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, exhibitions and business meetings

Work closely with NPD, Quality, Tool Room, Production,



Purchase and Finance to convert opportunities into business

Prepare monthly business development reports and present the pipeline to the management

Develop long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for additional business

Ensure that business development activities are aligned with Suyog's growth plans

Government / Railway / Defence Business

Projects Converted to SOP

Qualified Business Pipeline

Has 5–6+ years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales

Has experience in automotive components, rubber products, engineering products, industrial components or a similar manufacturing industry

Has an established understanding of OEM and Tier-1 customer development

Has experience handling
