Job Title: Design Lead Experience: 4-6 years

The Role:

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Lead who can lead a team. This role is specifically for someone with strong experience in Beauty & Fashion —someone who understands aesthetics, trends, visual storytelling and what makes a brand feel premium, relevant and desirable.

What We’re Looking For:

~4–6 years of experience in graphic design, within a digital/creative agency.

~ Strong portfolio specifically showcasing static graphic work with Beauty & Fashion brands.

~ Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, Image manipulation, composition and visual hierarchy.

~ Solid command over emerging AI tools.

~ Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ; Figma/After Effects is a plus.

~ Ability to take a project from concept → visual direction → execution → final delivery .

~ Strong presentation, communication and people-management skills.

~ Ability to balance creative ambition with timelines and business requirements.
