Role Description The Admissions Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Admissions Officer will conduct in-person and telephone counseling sessions, support outreach activities, and coordinate with partner institutions to track applications, documentation, and enrollment status. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in admissions systems,



responding to queries promptly, and collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive admissions experience.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Education and, ideally, International Admissions to guide applicants on academic pathways and global opportunities.

Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications, data entry, and CRM or admissions management tools.

Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or academic administration is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, ideally in Education, Management, or a related field, is beneficial.
