Product Designer Employment type: Full-time (India)

Location: Remote - India (Mumbai/MMR preferred)

Experience: Phionike is looking for a Product Designer to work with us on complex digital products across B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms and emerging technology.

This role is for someone with a strong foundation in product design who wants to take on increasing ownership, from understanding product problems and designing thoughtful experiences to communicating decisions and progressively owning projects and client relationships.

We’re less interested in the number of years on your résumé than in the quality of your thinking, craft, curiosity and ability to take responsibility.

Design clear, thoughtful user flows and high-quality interfaces.

Work on complex digital products, platforms and design systems.

Communicate design decisions to clients, founders, product managers and engineers.

Work through incomplete briefs and help bring structure to ambiguous problems.

Gradually take greater ownership of features, projects and client communication.





Approximately 2–3 years of professional product, UI or UX design experience.

Strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing and interaction-design fundamentals.

Curiosity about emerging design, AI and prototyping tools.

The ability to work remotely and meet the team periodically in Mumbai.

Experience with tools such as Figma, FigJam, AI-assisted prototyping or basic HTML/CSS is valuable, but thoughtful use of tools matters more than the length of your tool list.
