The Research Manager will support the delivery of multiple quantitative healthcare market research projects, reporting to an Associate Director.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
Develop and refine questionnaires aligned with research objectives.
Mandatory team management experience
Conduct data analysis, review tables, code open-ended responses and support table specifications.
Work with project management teams to support fieldwork and resolve project-related issues.
Provide regular project updates and contribute to discussions on research findings and implications.
Required Experience & Skills
~6+ years of experience in market research, preferably within healthcare/pharma .
~ Experience in quantitative research and data analysis.
~ Proficiency in Excel and/or SPSS.
