Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to manage and grow Spectra’s digital sales channels. The role will be responsible for managing product listings across online marketplaces and the website, maintaining accurate product, stock and pricing information, handling digital customer inquiries, managing the WhatsApp catalogue and supporting online sales and lead conversion.





The role will work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Purchase teams to ensure a seamless digital customer experience and drive growth through Spectra’s online sales channels.

Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon and other assigned online marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information, images, specifications, pricing and availability.

Perform daily listing quality checks and ensure product information and marketplace attributes are accurate, complete and compliant with platform requirements.

Handle bulk product uploads using marketplace templates and ensure accurate product data across assigned digital sales channels.

Coordinate with the Purchase and Sales teams to ensure accurate stock levels, pricing and product availability across online platforms.
