We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations

Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects

Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing

Track project costs and support in cost control and optimization

Assist in project planning and execution support

2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying

~ Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

~ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation

~ Experience in residential interior projects

~ AutoCAD
