Field Sales Manager – Education Sales (Schools & Colleges) | Mumbai Company: Location: Mumbai (with regular field travel across the region)

Robocaze is on a mission to make robotics, electronics, and AI learning accessible to students across India. We work with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to bring hands-on robotics kits, learning programs, and innovation lab solutions into classrooms. As we expand our footprint in Mumbai we're looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground growth in the education sector.

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of Robocaze for schools and colleges across MH. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, procurement heads, and college administrators),



and closing deals for our robotics kits, AI/ Robotics lab setups, and training programs. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field and building long-term institutional relationships.

Drive current business acquisition through pure hunting and outbound sales strategies.

• Identify and target schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions, training organizations, skill-development centers, and other institutional accounts.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and direct prospecting.
