Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching or relevant experience.
Prior experience in an International Curriculum (IGCSE / IB) is strongly preferred.
Thoroughly understand and internalize SVKM's quality policy for IGCSE education, including the developed curriculum and teaching-learning strategies, under the overall guidance of the Principal.
Take full ownership of the implementation of the assigned subject syllabus or class curriculum, ensuring complete participation and involvement.
Remain accountable to SVKM management through the Head of School for classroom performance and all scholastic and co-scholastic activities.
Make consistent efforts to maintain and improve student attendance and overall school engagement.
Assist the Principal in the general organisation of school activities, including periodic and terminal examinations and co-curricular events.
Design and implement a student support system for the respective subject to address diverse learning needs.
Periodically access online curriculum websites and leverage subject-specific teacher support materials where necessary.
Assist the Principal and Vice-Principal in maintaining and updating essential authorisation documents and folders for visiting teams of respective curricular bodies.
Support the Primary Coordinator in coordinating with the Library for e-resources, e-magazine subscriptions, and digital learning tools.
Collaborate regularly and proactively with fellow teachers to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the curriculum.
