Alcor Getaways is a national hospitality brand headquartered in Neemrana, Rajasthan. We currently operate 8 luxury resorts across India and are on a clear path to 25 properties by 2028 . All sales and reservations for the brand are driven centrally from our Neemrana corporate office — making it the commercial nerve centre of the company.

Most hotel sales roles ask you to go out into the market and chase business through travel agents and cold visits. Our marketing engine generates a steady, high-volume stream of inbound guest and group inquiries every day, routed directly to the Neemrana head office. The Sales Manager will own the inquiry-to-booking funnel at the Neemrana head office — leading the inside sales team, driving conversion and revenue targets, and personally closing high-value group, corporate, wedding, and offsite business. This is a leadership role for a hotel sales qualified who wants to run a revenue desk, not just work a territory.





Own the sales funnel end-to-end — from inbound inquiry to confirmed booking — and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Lead, train, and coach the Assistant Sales Managers and reservations team; review pipelines and call quality daily

Ensure complete CRM discipline across the team — every lead logged, staged, and followed up

Work with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback so ad spend converts into revenue

Coordinate with resort General Managers on availability, inventory priorities, and guest commitments

Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to the leadership team

High-value segment revenue (groups, corporate, weddings, events)

CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy

Team productivity, capability building, and retention

Experience & Qualifications

~5–8 years in hotel/resort sales or reservations, with at least 1–2 years leading
