We are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional who can help us expand our presence in the USA market and generate recent business opportunities.

What You Will Do

Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the USA market

Build relationships with startup founders, CTOs, product leaders and business owners

Execute outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, email and networking

Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

Create proposals and coordinate with technical teams

Manage CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Work closely with the founders to build a scalable sales process

What We Are Looking For ✅ 5-10 years of experience in IT services sales

✅ Experience selling software development services to US clients

✅ Strong understanding of:

Custom Software Development

Mobile App Development

SaaS Products

Cloud & DevOps Services





✅ Experience with:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

HubSpot or similar CRM

Cold outreach and lead generation

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth

Preferred

Experience selling offshore development teams

Existing network in the US startup or SMB ecosystem

Track record of closing software projects worth $20K+

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹12-15 LPA
