As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex digital transformation, commerce, and data & analytics projects for Fortune 500 clients globally. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with robust project management skills to guide cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from technical architecture decisions to successful deployment. What will you do: Manage multiple Scrum teams and drive delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to validate solution designs, roadmaps, and implementation strategies. Ensure technical feasibility, quality standards (MQRs), security, and performance across all implementations. Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure sprint success. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for senior and C-level stakeholders. Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks, ensuring UAT readiness and smooth go-lives. Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to plan project execution and ensure successful delivery. Ensure project quality by tracking milestones, managing risks, and supporting testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
