SEO Specialist – Backlinks, Off-Page SEO & AI Search

About the Role
Mplan Media is looking for an SEO Specialist who can independently manage SEO projects across multiple client websites and our in-house brands.
Your strongest skill should be acquiring genuine, relevant and high-quality backlinks.



At the same time, you must be able to manage the complete SEO cycle—from research and planning to execution, coordination and reporting.
This is an ownership role. You will communicate with clients and coordinate with content writers, designers and developers without needing daily supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage multiple SEO projects and monthly roadmaps.
Build and execute backlink strategies using manual outreach, guest contributions, digital PR, resource-page links, link reclamation and relevant partnerships.
Evaluate links based on topical relevance, organic traffic, editorial quality, placement and spam risk—not DA or DR alone.
Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects, outreach, acquired links and lost links.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content-gap analysis.
Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata and content structure.
