We are seeking a talented individual to join our data science team at Marsh Risk as a Technical Project Manager. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Manager – Technical Project Manager (Strategy & Transformation)

The individualcontributor Product Management role is centred on supporting implementation of global initiatives within Marsh Risk to ensure projects of all sizes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. The Product Manager will collaborate closelywith data science and analytics colleagues to understand complex financial and statistical challenges, translating these insights into creative,market-leading product features and tools. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, prioritizing development efforts, and ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role may be filled by candidates with a background in Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, or Technical Project Management.



Translate business needs into clear requirements, feature specifications, and user stories.

Partners with Data Science, engineering teams and Business Stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Manage scope and ensure predictable, high-quality product releases.

Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.

Build a culture of data-informed, customer-obsessed, outcome-driven product management.

9-12 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.

~ Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

~ Experience with APIs, data flows, and system design at a conceptual level.
