The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales

strategies, leading the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving

revenue targets across Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, and

Smart Building Solutions.

• The role requires solid leadership, excellent client relationship management skills,

and extensive experience in handling high-value projects within the luxury

B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication) preferred.

• MBA in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.





• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.

• Experience in Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, ELV, Building

Automation, Smart Home Solutions, High-End Electrical Products, Luxury Interior

Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve company revenue and

Commercial segments.

• Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and channel partner

Develop key accounts and strategic relationships with major clients and consultants .

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational
