Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and digital channels to explain advisory offerings, qualify leads, and convert them into long-term relationships. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



and coordinating with advisory and marketing teams to support client acquisition. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable services, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with regulatory and company standards. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to meet defined sales and service targets while upholding professional conduct and client-centric values.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive conversions.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Experience in financial services or investment advisory, with an understanding of capital markets, is an advantage.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office
