About the Role
We are looking for an Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process. The role involves counselling students, explaining programs and career opportunities, following up with leads, supporting campus visits, and helping convert eligible applicants into enrolled students.

The ideal candidate should be confident, patient, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking with students and parents in a qualified manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about the institution, programs,



eligibility, fees, scholarships, placements, hostel facilities, and admission process.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and online leads.
- Understand each student’s academic background, interests, and career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication until admission closure.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and admission records in CRM/Google Sheets/admission systems.
- Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, application completion, document collection, and fee
