Role Description The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling media and advertising solutions to new and existing clients in Bengaluru. This full-time, in office role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through closing and post-sale relationship management.



The Media Sales Manager will develop tailored proposals, present media plans, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and performance reviews. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams on campaign execution, tracking sales metrics, and providing insights to improve offerings and sales strategies. The role requires a proactive approach, strong relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
