Position: Sr. Manager / HOD – Export Sales

Key Responsibilities
Export Market Development
- Formulate and execute strategies to expand sales in international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific).
- Identify, develop, and manage global distributors, importers, and direct clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking for positioning.

International Client Management
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with overseas customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance brand credibility.

Export Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all export documentation, legal, and regulatory requirements .
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments at optimum costs.
