We are looking for an experienced FMCG Functional SME – Revenue Growth Management (RGM) with 8–12 years of relevant industry experience to drive data-led commercial strategy, pricing, promotion, assortment, and revenue optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong FMCG domain expertise with hands-on experience in NielsenIQ data and analytical capabilities, including Python-based Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
You will work closely with business, commercial, sales, marketing, category, and analytics teams to translate market and transactional data into actionable recommendations that improve revenue, profitability, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional subject matter expert in FMCG Revenue Growth Management, providing strategic and analytical guidance across pricing, promotions, assortment, pack-price architecture, and trade investments.




Analyze FMCG market and consumer data using NielsenIQ datasets to identify trends, growth opportunities, category dynamics, and competitive movements.
Develop and evaluate RGM strategies covering price-pack architecture, price elasticity, promotional effectiveness, assortment optimization, and mix management.
Conduct detailed Python-based Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, correlations, trends, and commercial opportunities within large datasets.
Translate complex analytical findings into explicit, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Partner with sales, marketing, category management, finance, and commercial teams to identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities.
Assess pricing and promotion performance across products, brands, channels, regions, and customer segments.
