Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore and is open only to local candidates. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day center operations, including scheduling classes, coordinating with faculty, managing student admissions and inquiries, and ensuring smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities. This role includes supervising support staff, maintaining facility readiness, monitoring operational processes, and implementing improvements for efficiency and quality. The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership to track key performance indicators, handle basic budgeting and resource allocation, and maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff. The position also involves ensuring compliance with academy policies, addressing operational issues promptly, and supporting initiatives that enhance the student learning experience.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and operational management skills,



including experience coordinating daily activities and handling multiple tasks.
Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, faculty, and support staff.
Basic knowledge of administrative processes, documentation, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
Ability to analyze operational challenges, implement practical solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in educational institutions, coaching centers, or service-oriented operations will be an advantage.
